Spiral Warmup Book

This work in progress uses a spiral book form from foldfactory.com. Sometimes, even people like me who make art every day can use a little help getting started: adding to this book over the next few weeks (before it’s due to be sent off to an exhibition) will be a low-key way to create a piece without the pressure of the blank page or trying to finish something Instagram worthy from day 1. The hand-marbled paper scraps used for one side had lingered in my stash for months: finding a home for them and being able to enjoy the tiny details from this process is a treat.
